Day 22 is so short and so sweet…before you know it, you’ll be off your feet!

- Squats – 20
- Push Ups – 10 x 4
- Tricep Dips – 10 x 4
- Flutter Kicks – 50 x 2
- Burpees – 10 x 4
- Wall Sit – :60
