We kick it off with the Donkey Kick workout then move on to sets of clamshells and leg raises. 15-20 minutes and you’re done.
Donkey Kick Workout:
Moving Clamshells: This is going to be a moving clamshell so you’ll do a clamshell and a reverse clamshell in the same move making it a compound exercise and working more areas in less time.
Leg Raises: Hips flexors and glutes!
