Friday is a day for Arms and Abs! The first 3 exercises are compound moves that will work our arms and abs at the same time, saving us time and giving us a great workout! The last exercise, the Tricep Dip, is always a good one to add for those strong, powerful arms that will push us that last mile of our race! Check out the videos below to see how they are done.
Lunge Stance Single Arm Shoulder Press: This is a good one for our arms and core. Get in a lunge stance and use your core to hold you stable and still. Hold a dumbbell in one hand and press upward over your shoulder. Keep your core tight and your arm close to your body.
Kettle ball / Dumbbell Swing: Great “how to” for the Kettle ball swing. If you don’t have a kettle ball, that is OK! You can use a dumbbell and hold it by the end. Be careful with this move and watch your form!
Plank Ups: Arms and Core all the way with this one!
Tricep Dips: Great move for our arms!
