Hey Crew…we are all in serious need of some down time…so I am declaring today a REST DAY!
Take it easy, make up a day you missed if you’re feeling good, or just take time to stretch. This month has been tough and we are all feeling it. Go for a run or take a nap…whatever you want to do…it’s your choice. But rest your legs and skip the squats. 🙂
