August – Day 17: Fire Up Your Core Friday!

It’s Friday y’all! Let’s fire up our core on #FireUpYourCoreFriday and slide into the weekend feeling good! Oh and it’s Fruity Friday too! What other F words can we come up with (positive ones of course LOL) that will get us motivated to eat well and focus on firing up our core?
