
The weekend is upon us and even though we have fun stuff to do….we still need to make time for exercise! If you’re like me, exercise and being active is a part of your daily routine. Just like brushing our teeth or taking a shower, exercise should be one of those things you don’t have to think about…you just do it!
Heading out for a weekend full of camping, swimming, and lots of fun with friends!Β I’m taking my running shoes and will get in some miles along the beautiful Sante Fe River. I won’t be checking in much, but I will take pictures for you!

High Plank:
Arm Stretches: This is aΒ tough workout so itβs important to give our arms a good stretch. :30 for each one will help with the stiffness and soreness.
