May – Day 1: Starting with Rest

Rest part of the programRest days are the best days! Just because we are starting with a rest day…it doesn’t mean you should be sedentary. Do something active and make it fun!

Take a couple minutes to fit in a 1 min regular plank and :30 on each side. Monday is arm day so make a plan for when you will get it done.
