Day 15 exercises: 3 sets of 10

  • Plank Challenge Day 15 – Yoga to the Core – Short Plank Flow  (follow along with video below)
  • Front and Side Arm Raise
  • Tricep Overhead Swings
  • Arm Circles – 20 backwards and forwards each set
  • High Side Planks – :30 each Side
