No strength, well except for our daily wall sit! 🙂 But other than that it’s time to do what we all love the most…RUN!

I will be pacing the Space Coast Marathon on Sunday for Galloway using a 1:15 / :30 run/walk ratio shooting for a 4:45 finish time. My foot is good to go, but I’ve been under the weather this week, so I would love to have you with me in spirit.
